We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase. If your purchased items do not meet your expectations for any reason, we are happy to exchange your new, unused items within 15 days of the delivery date or offer you online store credit. ​

Steps to get an exchange or online store credit:

Email us your exchange request and order number at info@blackopspaintball.ca or call us at 1-800-978-7843.

 

- Please document the defect with a photo or video. ​

 

- Within 2-3 business days we will email you an exchange form and return authorization number. Complete the form and attach it to your package. Clearly mark the outside of your package with the return authorization number and ship the package using any authorized shipping company. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. ​

 

- Once we have received your item(s), we will issue a credit or exchange.

Manufacturer defects (items received with a defect):

We recommend that you always test your product(s) and report any malfunctions to us within 7 days of the delivery date. If the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects covered by its warranty policy, we will repair it free of charge or provide you with a full exchange which will also include shipping.

 

Damage on arrival (if your package arrived damaged):

We will help you file a claim with the courier in case your package was damaged in transit and/or delivered in poor condition. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Warranty Coverage:

Warranty coverage generally lasts 30 days from product delivery, unless otherwise specified. If the product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge or provide you with a replacement, covering all shipping costs.

What will void your warranty or exchange option?

- Any changes made by the user will void the warranty, e.g. removing the orange tip or opening a replica/marker

- Trying to disassemble, upgrade or repair a product that will alter its originality.

- Normal wear or poor maintenance of the product.

- Using the wrong tool will damage the screws, nuts or bolts

- Use of incorrect batteries or wrong chargers Use of incorrect lubrications which will lead to malfunction

- Products that cost less than $50
